A personal monitoring service for people who care about specific vanity phone numbers.
Most of the best vanity phone numbers have been locked up for decades by carriers who don't know they spell anything. Once in a while, a block gets reassigned, a carrier changes hands, or a long-held number gets released. When that happens to a number you care about, I'll email you.
I've been in the vanity number business since 1995. I run TollFreeNumbers.com, LocalVanityNumbers.com, and a bunch of related sites. 800watch is the one place where I watch every monthly carrier data update on your behalf and tell you when something changes.
Start from the local number lookup tool — search for a number you want, and if it's currently unassigned, click the Notify Me button. Enter your email and I'll send you a confirmation link.
Once you confirm, I'll watch that number for you. If anything changes in the next month's carrier update, you'll get an email on the 15th with the details.
Every month, the North American phone industry publishes which carriers hold which blocks of numbers. I compare this month's data against last month's and look for the changes that matter: a block just got assigned to a carrier, a carrier swap happened, a disconnect freed up a range of numbers.
If any of those changes matches a number you're watching, I email you on the 15th with what happened and what to do next. Every three months I send a quarterly heartbeat so you know I'm still watching, even when there's nothing new to report.
See everything you are watching and remove any you no longer want. I email you a sign-in link, no password needed.
